So now we lose both Quidam and Zarkana in 2016?
Anyone know anything more than what cirque posted?

We have been informed of the new plans for the theater space at ARIA. We have informed our Artists and Staff (today) that Zarkana will end its fantastic journey on the 30th of April (2016). We will of course use our best efforts to redeploy as many employees as possible. As MGM Resorts International’s preferred creative content provider we remain in discussions with them for any future possibilities on property. More than 3 million people have enjoyed Zarkana in nearly 5 years since its début at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Since its opening at ARIA on November 9th, 2012, Zarkana has played over 1,400 times.

I saw Zarkana in Vegas with the Athertons and I thoroughly enjoyed the show.
Zarkana had improved a lot since it's opening according to friends that had seen it before. One of the problems it still had was that while it had excellent singers it had no song that grabbed you and held you.

The theater and gift shop were in an awful location, difficult to reach.The gift shop hours were limited.

Cirque said they were doing too much too fast.........SOOOOO 3 new projects in 2016, while closing shows that have large followings and represent their brand really well.

I've heard really good things about it but I'm far more sad to see Corteo and Quidam go. Not sure what Cirque is thinking to be honest.
